Originating in St. Louis, Missouri, Rough Grooves creates high energy blues covering the blues greats and performing original compositions. From intimate clubs to large festivals, these musicians have been captivating audiences throughout the U.S. and Europe for over twenty years.
Members of the band have performed and recorded with the legendary Johnnie Johnson, Juno Award winners Kenny "Blues Boss" Wayne and Jim Byrnes and with Bennie Smith, and have opened for Albert King, Robert Cray, Joe Louis Walker, Chuck Berry, Bo Didley, Koko Taylor and many others. They have played at blues festivals in Holland, Germany, Norway and Hungary along with the Poconos Blues Festival, Mississippi Valley Blues Festival and the Big Muddy Blues Festival. The best way to experience this band is from out in the audience. Check our schedule and hear us in person.
Thank you for joining with the Blue Monsters' friends a second time. The Second Order is our first album, just me and Eric seeing what can be done with a Schekter and a diatonic, and I listen to you guys and I wish I could play.
Wish I could play the blues that get inside and turn you to warm molasses.

Hi there Rough Grooves first of all we'd like to say thanks for being our myspace pal. We wanted to make sure you knew the reason incase we suddenly vanish off of your friends list. The movement we've started for indie artists has grown significantly and consumes all of our time these days. We seldom sign into our myspace account and this is making several people believe that we are ignoring them. We are not ignoring anyone, we wanted everyone to know that. What we're doing has become so busy we just don't have the time for myspace any longer, so in all honesty we are probably going to just close our myspace account.
Many people wanted to use us in the future so if you were one of those people make sure you bookmark www.tthlabel.com so that in the even that we do close our myspace account you will not loose contact with us. Thanks again for being our myspace pal!
