Rought is an Austrian dj and producer, who was born in Graz as son of two musicians. He joined the label „easymoods“ in 2005, whose founder EmeeGrant he met through their common taste in music.
In September 2006 rought released his first EP „reibung„ on easymoods recordings with the singer and songwriter Susanna Sawoff, also known as the singer from the band 'Monk' and 'Sawoff Shotgun'.
He has already performed live dj-sets on FM4, turntabled together with Diesler and Katie Miller in Cafe Leopold and played at the spring festival and StyrianStylez.
These and other gigs included shows with EmeeGrant, The Artquitects, Harry Krishner, Diesler with Katie Miller, Zander VT, DJ Sabo, Simon Lebon, Lady Smiles, Junkuhn, Paul Murphy and Electric Brother.
Rought is currently working on a new project and there will be more information about that soon.
