spending time with my family, reading, music, photography, drawing, outdoors, writing, animals (dolphins, white tigers, snow leopards, wolves, swans, Collies, Setters, Samoyeds, Huskies, Akitas, Labradors, Terriers, & many more). I would love to say I'm great at sports, but I would be lying. Sports never made it into my plan growing up. Well, I didn't consider ballet a sport...but you kind of need funds for that...and there were none. Plus, we lived in the woods! But I'd love to improve my athletic ability. I love tennis, canoeing, badminton, running, horesback riding, ice skating, camping, & playing in the water. My big dream is to swim with dolphins, whales, & even sharks (you know, Lemon sharks, whale sharks, etc. Those that are non-threatening!)

I'm not a couch potato, but once in a while a good movie & popcorn at home is JUST the thing! I like drama, comedy, & thrillers (like M Night), some classics, many family films I grew up on or saw in the past 10 years & still have a soft spot in my heart: Karate Kid, Neverending Story, The Dark Crystal, Anne of Green Gables, Cool Runnings, Star Wars, The Secret of Nimh, Ice Age, Lord of the Rings, Pride & Prejudice, anything with Collin Firth or Ewan McGregor. Oh yeah, I loved Renee Zellweger in Cinderella Man & Miss Potter...& let me recommend to you: Heath Ledger in The Four Feathers. If you haven't seen it, watch it! I also recommend Nacho Libre. But don't watch it by yourself.

Well, I TRY to watch some LOST online. My TV doesn't really work.
Books
I love to read but I don't have a ton of time to read...I like to look at books about photography, music, landscaping, architecture, drawing, relationships, animals, & National Geographics...I'm open to branching out...

About me: I am a musician and private piano instructor who also loves to sing. I am also building a photography business. I really like to play with photos, tweaking them and bringing out many different versions of the same photo. But there is so much beauty in keeping it simple as well. I know I am leaps & bounds behind others out there who have really become established in their art, but I am in no rush to compete. I want to enjoy the journey. With my two passions (music and photography), as soon as they become a chore the passion begins to die. I don't want to pursue these areas from obligation. I love what I do, & I am fully going after it. I like to offer something different, but I also offer quality portraiture that has been unaltered.
