I am a professional photographer. I have photographed numerous national and local music artists. My work has appeared in both print and electronic media as well as in artist sponsored projects. Check my MySpace albums or the Gallery on my web site to see examples of my work.
- Artists can contract with me to photograph their band and shows for press kits, promotion and advertising material, album artwork, business cards, merchandise, posters, or pictures for their web site. See this website on press kit photos for information on what a press kit photo should include.
- Promoters and other music industry professionals can contract with me to photograph themselves, their staff or functions for press kits, promotion and advertising material, brochures, corporate reports, business cards, or for their web site.
- Publications can contract with me for editorial assignments to photograph music artists, promoters, and other music industry figures and events.
- Instrument makers and equipment manufacturers can contract with me to photograph their products as well as endorsement artists using them.
- Recording studio owners can contract with me to photograph their studios to illustrate their facilities and services.
- I have a large stock library from all of the concerts I have photographed. I license all of my photographs for editorial purposes. See the gallery on my web site for samples of my work.
- I will happily photograph artist recording sessions. Pictures of artists practicing the creative process have become enormously popular with fans, and have become famous among music art collectors.

Are you a professional photographer shooting pictures for the music business? I encourage you to join the Music Photographers Network. Will Hawkins and I founded that community especially for professional photographers working with the music industry. Hundreds of full and part time professionals congregate there to share information and interact.
We have a wealth of information specifically targeting our industry. We discuss technical photography topics, running a photography business, copyright and protecting your rights, contracts and negotiations, dealing with members of the music business, etc. We also host articles and blogs on topics of interest to our community, as well as book and gear reviews, and links to lots of resources.
