Calling all maniacal sound & vision performance lovers: Wallywoods at Weissensee in Berlin is one year old this weekend. Be there or miss a bunch... Like our new exhibition by 23 artists from 20 lands and umpteen musical acts plus the 10 Kaput Pianos Orchestra.
For some reason I feel like listening to Mancini, Herrmann, Morricone, Schumann and even Jerry Goldsmith. Or some really old 60's Italian soundtrack to a film of the day.
I am so impressed by your guitar skills, it is almost inimitable, my guitar style right now is like Gang of Four, Robert Smith, meets The Rapture... I'd like to achieve a sound similar to yours... do you have any godly wisdom/ advice? thanks
Hey Rowland...still no job...substitute teacher gig is over cause schools out...alot of people are losing their jobs around here...economy is the worst i ever experienced...maybe worse than the Great Depression.
Peter Hammill just played in Woodstock at the Colony Cafe...didn't have the $25.00 to get in...the price of cigarettes just went up another $1.25...there has been alot of robbing and stealing as well...we never had that problem around here...i guess desperate people will do desperate things to survive.
