    hey there, haha, medieval times, dude i have never been to that place.. that is funny. Yes, Shanelle looks so cute with that belly, i hate to see her growing with me not there, but you know me, this is my job, and it is what i need to be doing right now.. no everything else is going ok, nothing to complain about. Been training my ass off. But i'm really enjoying it.. It is going to be tough, but i think i actually have a good chance of winning this damn thing.. I asked the lady what is the time to beat, when she told me, i asked her how much money do i win, she started to laugh, and said none, and she was like this is your first triathlon, i was like yea, but i play to win....haha.. I better get a damn shirt or something.. Haha, take care, i hope school is going well. and the new relationship, i cant wait to be back home and around all of you guys, take care
