О себе: The Royal Palatinate of the Black Eagle is a micronation/monarchist movement formed December 16,2006 by HRH Sir Franklin J. Garner; who founded the Noble House of Ravenswood Feb.5, 1983. Said House was ennobled and styled a Commonwealth allied with the (now defunct) Free Territory of Ely-Chatelaine, Kingdom of the United States, March 7,1983; a Kingdom founded by the now deceased King Marc Eric Augustus Rex, who awarded Sir Franklin the title of Duke.
The aforementioned King elevated the Duke of Ravenswood to Archduke-Palatine April 25,1994 into the Royalty of the Kingdom, and dubbed Him a Knight in the (now extinct) Order of the Bronze Crown.
Upon the death of King Marc Eric, the Archduke was elevated to Prime Minister by the Monarch Regnant, Queen Candace of the Royal House of Ely-Chaitlin.
A few months later, Queen Candace did abdicate her throne and crown, commanding that the Prime Minister assume the Office of Regent and Lawful Ruler. Sadly, the damage done by the King's death and the resultant chaos of rule under Queen Candace caused the collapse of the government, and the disbanding of the Free Territory of Ely-Chatelaine. The Order of the Green Standard, of which King Marc Eric was Grand Master, survived the ordeals, and was re-organized as the Sovereign Order of the Green Standard. The Archduke-Palatine was installed as Grand Master, and proclaimed the function of the Order was to protect for posterity the Three Holy Books of King Marc Eric, and to protect the Crown Jewels and Royal Jewels.
On Dec.16.2006. The Prince and Archduke of Ravenswood-Chateau (now married) claimed and assumed the Authority and Office of Crown Prince of the Kingdom of the United States.
Forming a government-in-exile, the Crown Prince, having taken up the rank of Field Marshall, has proclaimed that the present usurper government in power, having proved itself unable to defend its borders, its citizens, and its interests abroad,by virtue of failing to properly conduct war to the fullest sustainable effort, is outside the Protection and Favor of the Crown; and whereas its tendencies to restrict its citizen's income and rights is detrimental to the growth and survival of the economy, peoples, and industry,the Government of the Archduke-Palatinate of Ravenswood-Chateau found it necessary and desirable to remove itself from the United States of America, and form the sovereign micronation of the Royal Palatinate of the Black Eagle; also rejecting the "authority" of the rogue, despotic, outlaw organization known as the United Nations,and also rejects the cancer upon humanity known as "political correctness", a term coined by Stalin in order to control the minds and thoughts of the "new soviet man."
The National Language is English, the National Currency is, for now, the U.S. Dollar, and this is a Christian nation, predominantly Lutheran, but with religious tolerance.

WHAT WE BELIEVE
1. America is a good place, that we've lost our way over the years, that we have done wrong things but generally speaking we tried hard. The Republic has failed the people, and it is time to go back to the form of government ordained by God, monarchy.
2. We believe in God. We may not go to the same church but God is the center of our life, and God does not tell people to behead others or to persecute others that see God in a different way.
3. It is our responsibility to try to be better and a more honest person than we were yesterday. Sometimes we fail, as human beings, but we go on.
4. The family is sacred. My spouse and I are the ultimate authority under God when it comes to our family. We raise our families, NOT the Government, and that comes with a grave responsibility. If we fail, we answer to God, NOT the Government.
5. If you break the law, you pay the penalty. Justice is blind and no one is above it, not the Crown Prince, the government administrators, the police, no one.
6. We all have a right to life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness, but that is not a guarantee of equal results. God gave us all our rights, not man or his institutions.
7. We work hard for what we have, and will share it with others that we choose, when we choose, if we choose. Government cannot force me to be charitable, for to attempt to do so, the government must forcibly steal it from us to re-distribute it. This is not charity, it is Communism.
8. It is not un-American for anyone to disagree with my opinion.
9. The government works for the people.The government answers to the people. As First Servant of the People, The Crown Prince works for the benefit of all, not just one race, religion, or class. However, Justice demands that the people obey certain laws for the benefit of society. The people may address the government with grieviances without fear of reprisal.

Also, people interested in enlarging the population of the Royal Palatinate by becoming citizens! The ethos of pre-WWI Prussia is in full force here, and we seek those of similar "Prussianness", as the Archduke's ancestry is East Prussian.
