"Royal Family is a talented band... they put on a high-energy, engaging rock show that hits hard but has pop sensibility. They are certainly modern, but have a throwback vibe to them that makes them appealing to many different types of music fans. Not to mention they are great guys to work with."

Introducing the Royal Family… These four gentlemen from Georgia are laying down a unique and refreshing high energy rock show. Inspired by 1970's New York art punk like Velvet Underground, Patti Smith and Television their sound encompasses modern textures and melodies such as Kings of Leon, The Strokes and Pleasure Club. Royal Family keeps audiences captivated and wanting more. Releasing their Debut Album "Vintage Romance" (May 2007) helped put the band on the map. They have since Released their 2008 EP "I Sing the Body Electric". Being known for their intense live performance, the band wanted to capture the same raw energy and passion and put it on the EP. They decided not to record the new tracks the Modern way of overdubs and punching in, but to record it live in the same room, one take per song. You can hear the Anxiety building up in the songs through out the EP. You can be sure these gentlemen will continue building a buzz and stirring up the music scene across the country.
