Royal Males are a five piece Alternative/Indie/punk (Alternapunkie) band from Taunton, Somerset. Having played together since late 2006 at the area's premier venues, they have developed their sound more and more. The Males are lead by the courageous yet somewhat lost poet warrior, George. With catchy, groovable guitar riffs coming from the double J Fender thrashing duo, held by the balls with head-jerkingly crunching basslines throughout, all conformed under the power of the solid lead pipe that is Dave "Groovemaster5000" Groves - probing and entwining his rhythmical expertise into each track. Having recently been in the studio the boys are keen and ready, playing gigs and wetting themselves. Brill.

Coombeshead Studios are now looking to take on summer 2008 recording slots. If you are in a band and need a professional recording, we offer sessions at just £12.50 an hour on weekdays and £20 an hour on evenings (after 6pm) and weekends. All this paid time can be spent recording - mixing and editing can be done afterwards at no extra charge. If you wish to arrange a session, please message us and we will give you a list of available dates. We also offer CD duplication at between 75p and £1.50 per CD for most requirements. This gets you a case, a print directly onto the CD face (no stickers!) and inlays. Contact us with your requirements for a quote. Recordings do not have to be made at Coombeshead to qualify for this offer - if you already have recordings let us know and we can provide duplication for you!

Glad to hear it chaps. We Troubies are pretty good thanks. Got the Unit 3 gig in a couple of weeks though and are in desperate need of another song! But we've got several gigs lined up in the next couple of months so it's all good.

Yeah I think we are gonna work towards our gigs in May and do the EP. Most of summer is gonna be difficult to do gigs I would have thought :( so need to get them in now..xxx
