Influences
Many, i grew up in a music loving family who listened to Opera, classics from the 50's, jazz, country, trad to modern pop and rock.
I just write and compose when the inspiration comes and the magic can appear at any time...
My name is Roselyn Brunn, nicknamed Roz, I am a classically trained mezzo-lyric soprano, originally from France, I have been living in Ireland for the past 9 years.
I have been trained in modern classic, Italian arias and musicals, as well as jazz repertoires.
I have been part of a jazz modern French choir as main lead singer and harmonies arranger while studying in Paris as well as performing in cabarets shows and school performances( that I also presented as well as assisting the producer/musical director) and in a few pubs just as guest for trad sessions with some of my songs in accoustic live version.
I am a trained actress and drama teacher having worked with kids and adults.
I have provided voice coaching to groups, or private or even bands in studio.
I wrote and recorded my demo Cd ''Out of the night'' in 2005 working with Dublin musicians from the traditional and rock scene. Recorded and mastered by Paul Thomas (legendary sound engineer on the Irish scene).
I write my own lyrics and melodies and worked with /hired musicians for arrangements and recording sessions.
Originally the CD demo was 12 tracks, being a perfectionist some songs are not making the cut and fixing needs to be done on a few songs but after a few recording sessions I would have a full CD 12/13 tracks having 3 new songs and more material for future anyway.
Unfortunately I don’t have a band to accompany me and gig so I advertise on myspace .com and I have songs being played on different radio online shows or independent radio shows like i appeared on the Les Lewellyn ''Chill Pill ''online show on may 20, 2007 and on ''No Man's Land'' number 1 female online rock show 13th june 2007 on Kansas city radio online USA.
I will soon be programmed on a Tornado valley radio show USA and as well on Paul Alexander Uk independent radio show.

I had a shock and phoned the news papers as there's a big round bright thing in the sky they called "The Sun". They said it was 98 million miles away. Well, a least my eyes are working well.
