About me:
“Restless” is a story about two worlds and the man torn between them. The story follows a middle aged writer who is unable to finish his novel. He has been writing a futuristic self-portrait, but from how long it has taken him to find an ending, his created world is merging with his reality. In his novel, there is a conflict developing between a writer and the artist. The conflict is instigated further with the involvement of a prostitute. Similar to the experimental styles of Goddard and Lynch, “Restless” deals with the confusions of denial and the lusts of envy in two surreal worlds of restlessness and art.
