Movies
Movie i've enjoyed rencently: Forgetting Sarah Marshall
I'm not too picky. If it entertains me, I'll watch it.
Some all time favorites are the Lion King, Anchorman, and Clerks.
Television
I rarely watch TV. When I do, it's usually something from my TV Shows-on-DVD collection, which is mostly Adult Swim shows and Futurama.
Books
The Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy Harry Potter Angels & Demons and The Da Vinci Code 2001: A Space Odyssey Fahrenheit 451 Animal Farm 1984 Scar Tissue To Kill A Mockingbird The Hobbit
I'm Richard.
I can't sum myself up in a paragraph, or a mini webpage or whatever. If you want some me to get introspective, look at my blogs. If you want something real fast...
I really like music. I play guitar, I mess with other instruments..
I enjoy reading. My favorite authors are Chuck Palahniuk and Chuck Klosterman.
I dig hanging out with my friends.
Although I'm trying harder to come off as a nice person and a cool guy, I have a low tolerance for ignorant people.
I'm a music snob.
The Helicopter Game (and its high score table) got moved into a blog titled "The Helicopter Game got moved." Feel free to enjoy it from its new location.
Who I'd like to meet:
I figure destiny or fate or whatever will take care of making me run into the people i'm meant to meet. As for fantasies, here's a short list of celebrities with whom i'd like to shake hands.
Everyone already knows Kristen Bell is gorgeous and intelligent, right?
I've learned numerous lessons from John Frusciante without even meeting him; he's been to hell and back, and I thank him for giving me a reason to stay above ground.
I want to meet Mr. Chuck Palahniuk if only to find out what he thinks of his own novels. Tapping into his genius in any way would be fantastic.
Oh dude I know. I'm for sure going to Pitchfork this year, it looks to be awesome.
I see you have Animal Collective on your profile. They're one of my favorite bands and are rumored to go to Lolla and Pitchfork, so I hope they go to at least one.
