..MOORISH SCIENCE TEMPLE OF AMERICA 1928 PORTION

Holy Quran of Mecca, Sura 14:4, We did not send a Messenger except to teach in the language of his (own) people, in order to make (things) clear to them.
Allah leaves straying those whom He pleases and guides whom He pleases. And He is Exalted in power, full of Wisdom.

Holy Koran Chapter 3:2, No man live unto himself, for every living thing is bound by cords to every other living thing.
The cord that binds the true Moorish American Moslems hearts is love and that is what makes the members of the MSTA 1928 Portion a true family.

Islam and Peace Everyone

I'm Emiress Ruth Sadi El and I'm a Moorish American Moslem and Islam is my religion. I belong to The Moorish Science Temple of America 1928 Portion and a member of Grand Temple #2 in Decatur, GA.
We first give all Praise to Allah, the Father of the Univerise, Moorish honors to our Savior Prophet Drew Ali, we give honors to the Prophet's choice Supreme Grand Sheik E. Mealy El, and honors to our present Patriarch Supreme Grand Sheik Waleed Abdul Naeen Bey,
honors to our Supreme Grand Council.
Praise be to Allah who heard the cries of our ancestors in slavery and in His time sent forth to our people a Prophet who's name is Prophet Drew Ali.
After slavery our people were physically and mentally battered and needed a Savior who would direct them and give them back Race Pride. Our ancestors had everything stripped away from them; their humanity, their pride, their customs, their heritage, their dreams and their religion. They were a confused people in need of a Savior, a Prophet.
Our Prophet Drew Ali brought back Race Pride and a taylored religion suited just for his people in the West. He brought back to them the religion of Islam that had been stripped away from them and replaced with Christianity. Prophet Drew Ali brought to us the faith of Mohammed (PBUH)without all the cultural trappings of another people. He brought a simple and pure form of Islam to his people in the West. Prophet Drew Ali was our Messenger sent by Allah.

In the ..Holy Qur'an of Mecca Sura 14:4 it reads, We sent not a messenger Except (to teach) in the Language of his (own) people, in order To make (things) clear to them....... ..Sura 10:47, To every people (was sent) a Messenger; when their Messenger comes (before them), the matter will be judged between them with justice, and they will not be wronged...
So our Prophet Drew Ali was sent just in time with a message in the language of his people and not the language of another race. He was sent to re-connect the Asiatic man and woman back to their God Allah.
He was sent to free us from mental slavery and teach us who we truly are. He brought a message from Allah, the Everlasting Gospel, to set the captive minds free.(Asiatics)
One thing I've learn is this; ..general opinion is no proof of truth. Just because the masses think something is true doesn't make it so... It only takes one to tell the truth. I love being a Moorish American Moslem because I'm free to serve my God Allah and be one with him. As a Moor I know who I am, I know who my God is, I know what my race and nationality is, and I have Race Pride in who I am. I know that what my forefathers are I am today without a doubt and nothing can change my descendant nature. I am proud to be a Moorish American Moslem.

..PRAISE.. and worship brings a calm to the soul
..ETERNAL.. knowledge of self brings warmth where there was cold
..ACTIVE.. faith is trusting who you are
..CAREFUL.. concentration will lift you and take you far
..EASY.. flies your problems on the wings of time
..FAITH.. in Father God Allah is one of your first signs
..UNDERSTANDING.. our Prophet and all that he did bring
..LISTEN.. carefully for Freedom once again will ring

We've been writing poetry for about 25 plus years. Poetry to me is like breathing, it's something that I have to do. In the past five years we have self-published four collections of poetry, written one children's rhyming picture book called, "Little David," and co-authored an adult novel, "Show A Little Love."
Presently we are working on several projects rewrites and three new stories. We're an abstract artist and paint designs and abstract flowers.
Our goal is to make money with what we love to do. We also designed a collection of greeting cards.
