New aged kits and caps now at RS Guitarworks.
We are happy to announce we are now carrying aged repro caps by Luxe. These are great sounding true Paper in oil caps that are made to look just like all those great vintage caps used in the 50s and 60s. Because these caps look and sound so great we have decided to offer them two ways; first as loose caps and second in a fully wired aged kit that looks like it came out of a fifty year old guitar right down to the dust and dirt. You bet all the vibe and tone of old parts with out the wear and problems vintage parts offer.
Finally installed your vintage kit in my LP, man it came ALIVE!!!!!! Vintage went well with the Duncans i already had in there. Thanks for the great products
What you guys did for my guitar seems like magic to this mere mortal! It's decidedly better than new! Hands down! Thanks for bringing her back! I can also say you guys are getting high praise around town too from the vintage guys. I for one am so relieved your nearby. I don't have to worry about breaking, bending, or worrying about setting it up. I'm just gonna bring it in from now on. It's exactly perfect! A special thanks for the tone and sustain lesson on stop tails! I followed your advice and I am now one with my guitar.
As far as building one goes I'd like a vibrato, a bender, semi hollow step side hopefully, and a stereo pick up system like a 355 or even more complex. I'm looking forward to picking out my tone woods!! Hey, you said the sky's the limit! And I haven't even started thinking about what it's gonna look like but there is no doubt to this drifter that it'll be in the best hands! It's guys like you guys that make me feel louder and prouder just being in Kentucky, thanks for sharing!
