What's new at RS???
New aged kits and caps now at RS Guitarworks.
We are happy to announce we are now carrying aged repro caps by Luxe. These are great sounding true Paper in oil caps that are made to look just like all those great vintage caps used in the 50s and 60s. Because these caps look and sound so great we have decided to offer them two ways; first as loose caps and second in a fully wired aged kit that looks like it came out of a fifty year old guitar right down to the dust and dirt. You bet all the vibe and tone of old parts with out the wear and problems vintage parts offer.
Roy & Scott I just got the Strat Thurs. It hasnt been out of my hands. The attention to detail was unsurpassed. When you hit a chord or a note you can feel the resonance through out the body which tell me the neck fit is perfect. Anyone can build a guitar, a craftsman is another story. I expected good from you guys and got perfection. It sounds and plays like my old 63 strat. Its total Hendrix/Monterey sound, the frets are perfect. I cant say enough...........Thanks. The RS Guitarworks "Vintage treble Tamer" has been installed on my 74' Les Paul Deluxe. It sounds really better, especially while using tone knobs. Great stuff, great upgrade, thanks ! Sylvain (from France)
Thanks for the spectacular '51 RS Slab Bass you built for me. It exceeded my expectations. It looks great and plays even better. The "Old Friend" name is perfect for a bass that will be enjoyed a lot.
Would just like to say I've had one of your kits for a Les Paul for well over a year now and I paired it up with a set of Pearly Gates... All I hear is heaven! All my friends think Im a weirdo because I'm constantly messing around with the tone and volume. They wonder how the hell I'm going to repeat something I record? My answer is of course when you got a guitar that sounds this good you know when you've got the sound right. My sound is because of your kit, and I just wanted to thank you. I've spred the word to all my buddies to check you guys out!
