Im glad you enjoyed the pictures of our christmas. Yes the whole family went over to grandmas. Uncle Gene and Aunt Sheryl and Phyllis and Dan were there too. It was a full house. Grandma really enjoyed it. I really enjoyed receiving the pictures of Allen opening his gifts that we sent! Thankyou! Sad the holidays are over. Always goes too fast! I wanted to wait for the weekend ,but they couldnt wait! It was fun though. Tell me what Allen doesnt have in Star Wars....So i dont buy him something he already has. It's me again. Just gettin back with ya. Thanks for the comment! I am doing pretty well. I am glad to hear how well Allen is doin. Makes my heart happy*. If you didn't already know Mark and I went up to Michigan last weekend to visit with Sue & Eric. Which was nice because we got to celebrate their anniversary together with them. Mark and I got them a gift. Our stay was refreshing and fun. Got to do some much needed shopping. Which was very nice! I needed a winter coat and Mark needed some stuff too. I am so, ready for Thankgiving to happen so everybody will be here! I worked today and despite what ppl. say about retail being down, we sure had a full store! It was a real crazy blustery day too. We're due to have some snow tonight also. I need to ask you to pray for my friend Jenny's father. He is enduring Open Heart Surgery. It's pretty serious because he had a heart attack along with that they found that he has diabeties. I questioned Jen why he never knew about that before and she said he was a hard one to get to the doctor. It's sad. Time to go hang with my hubby now. Love ya!
Hello! I got my gift in the mail yesterday! Thank you so much :) We might just be at mom and dads after all on thanksgiving. Not for sure yet though. We might go to Todds moms for breakfast. we are going over there tomorrow for dinner for my birthday and my sister in laws birthday. so i thought since we are doing that then we can have dinner on thanksgiving at moms. Hey what time will you be in on wed? will you be going to church? I thought about going over and visiting,while they are at church.

we got Allen's message lastnight, but it was hard to tell what he was trying to say. I think he said he wanted to hear Carly talk, but I am not sure. We got his card yesterday. Caleb liked it that Allen wrote it all by himself. :)
I am done with the living room! It looks great! I am real pleased with how it turned out. Rachel was just here to visit, and she really liked it. I am considering getting some different decor to coordinate with the colors, and I want an area rug to tie the yellow of the walls and the tan in the couch together. I am going to go to Ikea tomorrow, and they should have a lot to choose from at good prices.
hello! How was your week? im looking forward to the weekend. I have a baby shower sat and i will be kid free for it!!! Jacob and Todd are going to hang out together! How was Allens trick or treat? So im still not sure what are plans our for Halloween,but i know Todds mom is having a breakfast with her daughter so maybe we could just do that also with them. But we really dont want her to be alone at dinner time,so if we arnt there on thurs we could just come over wed depending on what time you will be arriving. well im gonna go get some things done around here. have a great weekend!
I have painted the hall and half the livingroom so far. I painted all the trim and window/door frames white, and the walls are a yellow orange. (Its real close to boiled egg yolk color.) So far it looks great! It's bright and sunny! Much better than the drab off white it has been since we moved in. It only took me 6 yrs. Ha! I also took out the stained up carpet and revealed the hardwood floors again! We are going to get the hardwood refinished soon. It will look grand when it is all finished. I can't wait till its done. Well, I am off for a walk with Carly. Enjoy your day! :)
Hey..we did have a great visit...but it was bitter sweet with the deployment looming over our heads! He left today and we don't have the slightest idea when we might see him again....I think the not knowing is the hardest part...I have cried all day as have Kali and Triston. I won't be at church in the morning because I know there will be questions and I am not strong enough to answer them without tears at this point! I hope Allen feels better soon!
