Bio:

'My best plans' by Rubek. Video filmed in my lounge, Brixton. Starring Rocky & Barracus RIP. Rubek is the alter-ego of me, Matt Burke. Last proper band I was in was Byrne with a highly acclaimed mini album released on rocket girl and a toilet tour to boot. Post Byrne my band was called John Doe, we did a few gigs and had a few good reviews, which was nice. Can't stop writing songs really, I love it and hate it, it's a disease so I'm stuck with it & no doctor can help me. Just finished my LP, Tender Hooks, which I'm happy with so so I'm hoping to do a few gigs to launch it in 2009.
