The voter registration/change of address form, accepted by all 92 counties, is online: http://www. in. gov/sos/elections/pdfs/50504. pdf. To register to vote in Indiana, you must be a citizen of the United States, be at least 18 years old on or before 11/4/08, have lived in your precinct for at least 30 days prior to 5/6 (except for certain military voters), and not currently be imprisoned after being convicted of a crime.
If you have moved since the last time you voted, you may also use the application to do the mandatory transfer of your registration to your current address.
Figured I would drop a line and let you know I'm not dead. I'v just been hold up for a few weeks quiting smoking. It's been a long and involved process, but definatly a good decicion.
