RUDE BOY-The Movie is looking for actors and extras for our Independent Film. Audition is to be held Sunday July 19th, 2009 in Anaheim, Ca.
General Plot Outline:
By 1984 British Ska has been discovered by American Teenagers. Rudy stumbles across an Alternative Universe where he is not judged by his past or where he comes from and is able to find camaraderie with like minded, NEW friends. It was supposed to be about the music. What Rudy finds instead, is a shattering incident that changes his life forever. . .
Ideal candidates are teen-aged to late 20s(or can pass for late 20s) that have, or can be made to have, a Punk Rock, New Wave, Mod, Ska or Skinhead look. Actors should be able to act. Candidates will be reading on the spot with supplied material. We would also like you come with some prepared material of your own that you feel will showcase your talents. Prepared material should be approximately 1 page of dialog or a minute or two long.
Candidates should submit name, age, headshot, body shot, phone number, email address and let us know if you are interested in a role or an extra part.
*This is a zero budget project. We are looking for good actors that want to be a part of this exciting and unique project. There is no pay but you will receive film credit.
