Internationally known, Nationally acclaimed, Locally recognized, from being called BISHOP to MC BULLA "G" to RUDE KID tm, now RUDE KID-DA-REGGAERAP INVENTOR TM, birth name Denton A. Malcolm, son of Carol C. Sutherland and Leroy D. Malcolm , RUDE KID-DA-REGGAERAP INVENTOR TM was raised in the sunny islands of Kingston, Jamaica in the little community of Backbush, Mountain View. RUDE KID-DA-REGGAERAP INVENTOR tm is from a musical family as his family member Nadine Sutherland gave you "Action" which received record number of spins here in the US and Internationally and more recently "BabyFace".
In the little community of Backbush, Mountain View where RUDE KID-DA-REGGAERAP INVENTOR was raised he first appeared on stage at age 7, 1984 on Express Soundsystem. Since then, RUDE KID-DA-REGGAERAP INVENTOR tm have graced the stage numerous times in the company of many, including but not limited to 50 CENT which is featured on his demo album, Beenieman, Redman, Sisqo, KRS1, Bounty Killer, NAS, Foxy Brown, DC's Tanya Blount, and the Grammy King Shabba Ranks at Kingston College May-Fair where RUDE KID then named MC BULLA "G" attended high school in Kingston, Jamaica.
RUDE KID also won numerous talent shows including Tastees Contest in Jamaica, Winner of the DC Citywide Metropolitan Talent Contest , Chosen by Harve Pierre of Bad Boy Records at the Making of Da Band 2003@ Cramton Auditorium ,Howard University in Washington , DC, Howard University Wargames Winner, 1st Runner-Up in New York City at ACT III Nightclub Talent Competition, Reggae IDOL Award Winner 2007 (2nd Runner -Up) and appeared at the Pre-Grammy's. In 1990, Rude Kid-da-ReggaeRap Inventor tm migrated to New York then spent his past 18 years in Washington, DC, USA. There he's recognized as "the ReggaeRap Inventor and Pioneer", 4 times Reggae Artist/Dancer of the Year, Bob Marley Award Winner "2001", Edurance Award "2001", Rap Artist of the Month "2006" , 3rd Place Reggae IDOL Award Winner "2007" , Myspace Oscar Best Dressed Award Winner "2007" , Fine Arts Award "2008" and Dennis Brown Award "2008".
To prove his endurance and undying love for his craft, after being made homeless upon graduation from Theodore Roosevelt Senior High School, RUDE KID a.k.a RUDE KID-DA-REGGAERAP INVENTOR , the first night of homelessness, instead of feeling sorry for himself, RUDE KID a.k.a RUDE KID-DA-REGGAERAP INVENTOR kept his obligations to his fans and promoters by performing at Ibex Nightclub, in Washington, DC with Shaggy that same night. Now, RUDE KID-DA-REGGAERAP INVENTOR tm is signed to RKELG tm holding entity for RKE tm/Mid-Atlantic Records tm & Roosevelt Records tm /Winward Road Records tm his alma mata record labels which his company D.A.M Companies, LLC tm owns and develops.
Under the guidance of RKELG tm, RUDE KID tm as he is affectionately called, recorded "Which One & If you Ever" in 1993 for WIRM which landed him in New York on HOT 97.1 and has released hits after hits, including "Fais des I Fais des O" which sold over 100,000 units in Paris, France of which RUDE KID-DA-REGGAERAP INVENTOR donated the sales to the Non-Profit DDC "Droit de Cite" meaning the "For the Rights of the People" and performed in the Tour de France with DC's own Tanya Blount, supported by
J Record's Clive Davis, "Diesel & Prada" street anthem, 456 classic and radio hit by WPGC 95.5 and other Infinity Stations standard, such a hit that 50 Cent is on the remix and G-Unit Records offered RUDE KID a signing bonus, a video and a record deal, shortly after Kenny Burns then of Roc-A-Fella Records came looking for him, "Ain't No Stoppin" recorded over the hypnotize produced by Manchild Ent. [John, Jabbar & George of HU], authorized by Sean"P.DIDDY" Combs of Bad Boy Records 1996 which catalyzed the recognition of RUDE KID'S reggaerap tm invention,"Public Announcement" a club banger and radio hit by WKYS 93.9, and other Radio One stations' standards.
RUDE KID-DA-REGGAERAP INVENTOR got ill after "Diesel & Prada pt.1" and then re-emerged with his demo album titled "RUDE KID-DA-REGGAERAP INVENTOR tm", a bio and the public most anticipated hit, myspacers favorite "Ain't Bentley" which crossed over on the Top 40 stations ie. Hot 99.5, debut on XM 169, Irie FM in Jamaica, in addition to college radio WHBC TV51/830am at Howard University. Officially, the streets is buzzing with
