I am a 37 year old Born Again Christian who teaches history to middle schoolers for a living. I love to listen to music. I enjoy science fiction, comedy, history, fantasy & myth, football (the one true sport) and writing/blogging.My blog can be read here. I delve into a wide variety of topics like politics, music reviews, what I like to eat and my innermost feelings. I can go from funny to emotional to analytical to whatever in no time.

God our Father, the birth of your Son Jesus Christ brought great joy to Mary and Joseph. We give thanks to you for (Rufas) whose birthday we celebrate today. I like most of your selections with the exception of two. Metalica has evolved, but I do not identify with them any longer. I respect the heck out of them (except Lars), but just don't like what they do anymore.
And Duffy is a soulful voice over trite lyrics that resound in redundant repetition that loses all credence. A little repetition is catchy, too much is annoying.
Thanks again for trying new things.
