Sounds Like
Sounsd like a jazz, funk, rock, with a bit of classical music, folk melodies, and a bit of humor with songs such as Baccon Boy. My sound can range from country to blues, rock, whatever. I try it all.
A young frenchmen raised in Cape Breton, learned to play several instruments from mostly family members which is normal for most Acadian families. I began to embark on a long musical journey. After the turn of the millenium then went onward to the big Captical city Ottawa for recording experience. Since then, I have written a number of songs which have been scattered and some lost. Influenced by jazz, celtic, rock, classical, funk and a little bluegrass.....right now I am experimenting really...I have an idea of what I want my style to be but as I gain songwriting experience I will have a better idea of what I want to sound like and what I feel I should sing about. I play all instruments on most of my tracks but I cannot take all the credit, friends of mine have also contributed musically and lyrically to this site. I try to create songs that cover a wide range of music and also mix different and weird types of music.
Right now I play, record, produce and master everything right from my home in Cape Breton. Hopefully I will have my own label someday to which I will promote small east coast bands.
