I like to hang out with my friends, especially Albert. Sometimes I fly to Paris, France, to visit my cousin, Jean-Michele (that's the way he spells it). He's not much fun, though. But, that's another story. I like to look at the sunset and feel the dirt under my claws.

The cinema is too far away. I watch the cactus. And YouTube videos.

I like nature programs, especially if they're about birds, or armadillos.

I might write a book, someday. I'd like to tell the real armadillo story. We're not just Texas speed bumps, you know!
I like to read comics about armadillo superheroes and secret agents!
Picture books are cool! I like to look at pictures of other animals, or insects, but sometimes that makes me hungry.

I am an armadillo, named Rufus McCool (TM). I am not really 100 human years old, but I had to tell them something! I am ageless! I live in the Desert of the Mind, with my cactus and best friend, Albert. Albert is a bird. I like birds, especially Albert.
I get asked a lot how people can tell me from the other armadillos, don't all armadillos look alike? No, we do not! You can tell it's me, because I always wear a bandanna, or have one nearby! So, if you see an armadillo without a bandanna, then it's not me, Rufus McCool (TM)! But, please be kind to him (or her), because we're all friends, and I would be sad if something terrible happened to another armadillo.
I found a great artist to paint my portrait! She also painted pictures of my family and friends!
It's okay, if you're not an armadillo, we can be friends anyway!
I'd like to meet people who think that I'm cute and fun, well, because I am! And, people who are curious about armadillo life. Or, other armadillos, too!
