so im guessing Pj probably told you guys already, but on saturday I put up 350 in bench. = )

so i had the best chest and tricep workout ever today!! Pj can verify for me. I put up 290 for 2. I racked the fly machine (which is 200 pounds), plus I added a 25 pound plate for 8. I did dips for a set of 8 with 2 45 pound plates around my waist, and thats just some of the stuff I did. I weighed in at 176 today so my weight is getting up there as well!! hopfully I hit 180 within the last week I have left. I am loving it so far!!
