Yum Brands has owned and operated A&W, KFC, Taco Bell, and Long John Silver's since 1997. Before that, it was PepsiCo. Except in Canada. Since you're country can't do anything quickly, they obviously dont have fast food. The point is, I'm right, and they have yet to takeover the halal guys.
