WE ALL LOVE TO PERFORM at school, church, organization events, Cinco de Mayo, Diez y Seis, weddings, bday parties! My family and I are so busy I actually love it when we don't have anything to do! I enjoy vegging out and spending time with my family, friends, and dancing when I am not running the dance studio or changing diapers! Okay, I'm happy listening to ZUMBA!, folklorico-Jalisco and Veracruz music, and country when I drive! I love anything that has a rhythm. I even like the singer Meatloaf. Teresa thinks I'm crazy. My Mom and Dad taught me to love Spanish music- Good Ol'- Roberto Pulido, Vicente Fernandez, Pedro, Rocio Durcal, Chelo...you name it! And I just love Flamenco music-its my new thing.Movies
Flamenco dancing videos are cool. I like all chic flics! My husband calls them "tear jerkers." I am a romantic. I finally got to watch "The Lake House"- awesome! Loved "The Notebook" too.Television
Loved watching Dallas Cowboys Cheerleaders- Making the Team when it was on air, Country Fried Home Videos, CSI, and now Big Love Series. I enjoy oldies like I love Lucy, Eight is enough, Brady Bunch, 7th Heaven, and ER. Oldies, but goodies. I loved watching "Corky" as a teen. I like Brothers and Sisters...I can so relate to the family dynamics.

About me:
This is Ariana Ruiz's webspace for Ruiz Dance Studio & Co. I come from a big family, so having my Studio only made it bigger! I am the Director and Owner, as well as one of the adult dancers for our own Ballet Folklorico Tonantzin dancing troupe. In April 2009, Teresa and I became certified as a ZUMBA fitness Instructors! We are available for your entertainment needs in our area to dance FOLKLORICO at parties in Caldwell, Hays, and Travis Counties. We are called Ballet Folklorico Tonantzin. My husband, Rudy Ruiz, and I have 4 children-Isla, Sarah, Reina and my only son, Cristian. He is my dancing genius at 3 years old! All my girls are also dancers! This webpage is to showcase all of my students at my dance studio and my son, Cristian, who was born with Down Syndrome. He is changing how the world sees children born with Down Syndrome. I enjoy running my Studio and making a variety of activities available to the community-Child and Adult Karate, Tumbling, Cheer, and all dance forms with our specialty teaching Folklorico and Flamenco. Don't forget Zumba fitness! It has changed many people's lives from within. I love what we do at my studio. WE ARE OPEN MONDAYS 4-9 P.M., TUESDAYS 4-8:30 P.M., WEDNESDAYS 5:30-8:00 P.M, THURSDAYS 3:30-9:00 P.M., AND SATURDAY ZUMBA FITNESS AT 10 AM-11:00 AM! COME CHECK US OUT! a>

i miss zumba but have been busy with the grandbabies and well out at the trailer in port a and had a uti and now this. bummer hugh? hope to get back on my feet here soon i miss living life the way i love to you dancing, friends. live music, any where out of the house. . . lol

How are things goin? Well, I don't think I've told you but I went to the tryouts for the Austin Wranglers and they told us that there are no more Austin Wranglers! They couldn't find anyone that wanted to buy them... I was bummed!! So now I have to wait a whole year again for tryouts to start back up. But I'm going to continue to take classes at that studio I've been goin to and start taking ballroom classes. Well, I hope all is well with the family and studio! Miss you guys! Tell the girlies I said hello :)
