Rulaiz Inc. est un collectif artistique "underground" d'échange et d'entraide. Les acteurs de ce projet (labels, groupes, djs, forumeurs...) ont pour objectif de promouvoir et de développer -via Internet dans un premier temps- les activités musicales et artistiques des différents membres du collectif, pour la plupart orientés vers des esthétiques electro, indus, expérimental ou rock'n'roll à machines. Rulaiz Inc. is an underground artistic collective of exchange and mutual aid.
