Rumble King is “Red-hot, Wild & Wailin.” They’re a five piece, Rockin’ Rhythm & Blues band that will get you out of your seats and dancing on the tables. By combining roots Rhythm & Blues, Jazz, Rock & Roll, Rock-a-Billy, and exotic musical flavors from around the world, this uniquely talented and tight quintet has stumbled across an original style. Lead by Aaron Deily, a powerful juke joint style lead vocalist and his explosive piano, Scott Ramirez and Obie Hughes are “howlin” on saxophones and back up vocals, with Ulysses Gallegos on upright bass and currently rotating 2 renowned drummers "Sammy K" and "Bill Bateman".
The group formed in late 1996 and has since captured a respectably loyal entourage of fans from Hollywood, CA to Miami Beach, FL. Rumble King had instant success as their hot act performed at various venues like The Hard Rock Café, House of blues, BB King’s, The Galaxy Theater, Coachouse and The Coors Amphitheater. They have also become a staple act at various music festivals like the “Viva Las Vegas Rockabilly Weekend” and the “Hootenanny” and are currently making regular appearances at Downtown Disney. Rumble King has played with an impressive list of classic performers including B.B. King, James Brown, and Chuck Berry. Their music combined with an energetic live show, creates an undeniable bond between band and audience.
They created an independent label, Poor Magician Records, and have financed every aspect of their career. The band has released a single and two full-length albums available in stores around the world. Currently Rumble King is in the studio recording their third anticipated full-length project. No other act challenges the band’s music, energy, and vision. Rumble King is here to stay.

Had fun at Disneyland on Saturday. I also took some pictures (around 50) Those photos are in a file called "Rumble at D-Land" in my pics area on my myspace page. Would have been there on Sunday, but I had tickets to see the New York Dolls over at the HOBAnaheim. They were very cool too. Two good nights of music.
