... From the ashes of The Fat Dave Crime Wave (a.k.a The Fat Dave Sound Wave) comes the heavy blues injection aptly named The Rumble Strippers. As the band moves into a more collaborative situation, Fat Dave removes his name from the band's name and the group decides on a name that suits the style... big, fat, & undeniable.
Drawing some of his 'dirt under the fingernails' influence from the likes of Muddy Waters, Elmore James & Peter Green's Fleetwood Mac as well as the upbeat Rock & Roll flavour of ZZ Top, Black Sabbath and The Who... The Rumble Strippers aim to bring even more of the energy & flavor they're known for bringing to every stage.
Dust off your turn-table... it won't be long before a record drops, and rest assured it'll be available on the only format that can handle it.
