We love all kinds of music, but, in the case of this project, we sacrifice it all to the gods of good times. In Run and Gun, we go for thrills and stories. If you can name it, we'll try to play it. Tim's oft-used phrase sums it all up: "If you think that request was wild, wait till you hear this one!" Our motto: "Have a good time...all the time."

I think you have this backwards. I should be thanking you guys, again. I can only hang stuff on the walls and buy the beer. You guys rocked the barn and made it all happen. I can’t tell you how many people told us they had an awesome time and it was in large part due to the band. If you guys could just get Tim to come out of shell a little bit. He really needs to realize its ok to let your guard down every so often.
You guys rock. Thanks again, and hopefully we haven’t worn out our welcome.

You don't watch us play, you play with us. Some sing, some bash a tambourine. Either way, everyone leaves sated on a long evening of dozens of high energy songs performed in a candid, inimate environment. Matt and Tim - longtime friends - finally pooled their efforts in 1995 after years of playing around New England in a variety of bands, and have been having a ball ever since. They love to play, and play they have, at about 500 gigs.
WHAT WE PLAY is another story. We have hundreds of songs for you to request. WHERE WE PLAY: everywhere, from frat houses to college events to bars, backyards, the beach, parades, lawns, roofs, cellars, weddings, early in the morning and late into the evening.

We are looking for all original ROCK, METAL, and HIP HOP bands to come together and bring their best three songs to represent themselves and their geographical region.
