Hello (^^ ) ~ and welcome to my corner of myspace; me being Rune Borup but you can call me Basken (or make up your own name for me). If i pull myself together i can record and mix music quite well. I'll write a few songs ever so often, and i can try to beat you up in chess (results may vary). Most of all, though, i'm a friendly guy buzzing around Nørrebro, Copenhagen, doing something but mostly nothing. My friendly headphones keep me sane, using therapy conducted by Matmos, Bill Evans, Brian Eno (and everything in between).
Eventually i'll get lost, and end up at FishCorp, which is a small secluded sound-studio i share with 2 dear friends of mine. Currently my claws are messing with SMALLs upcoming debut album, and you know what .. its turning out nicely! Recent work include I got you on tape's second album simply entitled "2", and also the gifted singer and author Peter H. Olesen's contribution to Olesen-Olesen's double-album Kain & Abel.
I'm kinda-sorta enganged with a sweetheart of epic proportions - rumor has it she's bound for Copenhagen soon (^^ ).
Some might say i should get to work on my own music, and they're probably right. Doubtful sketches can be found in the music-player above ..
