Movies, books, book learnin'... but mostly LOST. It's ridiculously awesome. And LIFE, on NBC, too, since it's the most entertaining new show this year and because Sarah Shahi really could not be any hotter. It's not possible. We do not have the technology. (I suppose I should probably point out that Andy and Chris can't stand Life and only watched, like, one episode. Whatever. Leaves more LIFE for me.)
Music
There are too many bands to list here, so I'll just mention where you can find the current theme song for Suburban Heroes. It's called "Real Heroes Wear Suede" by D.J. DeathWish, and you can learn more about both the song and the "artist" behind it by searching for it on www.acidplanet.com !
We should also mention bands we've worked with/for, such as Skin Deep and Detroit Music Award nominees D'SKREET.

Movies
If I list my favorites, then my co-conspirators will get mad and want to list their favs, so let's just stop that argument before it starts. But if you were to randomly shout out titles like "The Matrix," "The Crow," and "Field of Dreams," you'd be in the ballpark.
About me: Let's start with the basics. Runn AMC is a startup film production company located in that nebulously termed area known as Metro Detroit. It currently consists of its three founders: Andy, Mike and Chris (A... M... C... GENIUS!). They've also been known to team-up with Terence Cover and his madcap Bitchcraft Creations shingle every now and then, specifically on a project called Suburban Heroes.
Suburban Heroes also marked the first appearance of Terence Cover in a Runn production as an actor as well. He's since become our go-to editor, as well. Go figure.
The first Suburban Heroes met with enough positive reaction that we decided to turn the project into a SERIES of episodic shorts (many episodes of which can be viewed on this profile) . Season 1 was finished and the DVD debuted at our booth at the 2008 Motor City Comic Convention.
Of, course, we've got a few projects that aren't Suburban Heroes-related in various stages of development, and if you want more information about those projects, well... it's pending. I promise.
Also, check out our official website at www.runnamc.com and www.suburbanheroes.tv
In addition to our film work, we have another website at www.madebydetroit.com which is dedicated to bringing you news and info about filmmaking in Michigan, specifically the Detroit area. We do three regular podcasts covering different aspects of filmmaking and have a blog and a local film reviews section. So be sure to check that site out as well!
ILLUMINATUS! 35th anniversary celebration in planning stages:
Hello, I had the pleasure of working on bringing together the comic book version of the Trilogy, which lasted 3 or 4 issues before THEY stopped it... and 2010 is the 35th anniversary of the original Trilogy's publication. I'm in touch with Shea and Wilson's heirs, and we've started planning ways of commemorating this event over the course of the next year. But we want to know what YOU want to see to celebrate... so let us know! In the meantime, here's 2 web links that should be of interest to any fan of the Trilogy:
Hi! Just wanted to make sure all my friends know that my new erotic horror novel THE 13TH is now in stores everywhere! I hope you'll check out this debauched and demonic horror ride!
There's even a website devoted just to the book, with an interactive map of the places and characters at www.the13th-horror.com.
Edward Lee called THE 13TH "A double-barreled shotgun blast of macabre entertainment -- an expert amalgamation of grotesquerie, eroticism, mystery, and pitch-black occult horror that no fan of the genre can miss."
And Gary A. Braunbeck said, "John Everson's The 13th is the first out-and-out horror novel in a long while to actually scare the **** out of me while reading it. It's stylish, extremely well-written, filled with richly-drawn characterizations, and boasts a labyrinthine plot worthy of Umberto Eco. Trust me -- this one will fry your nerves and break your heart."

I suggest becoming a Fan of REALITY CHECK TV, which would be even cooler. This way, you can follow the exploits of yours truly and the RCTV crew, and check cool stuff we like, as well as being the first to see clips from current and upcoming episodes. We also have tons of clips from past programs, which we hope you'll check out.

If it was an all out knock between the two.. who would you really vote for? For me I've always been more of a fan of the dark knight, but quite honestly I don't think he'd stand a chance of beating superman, not unless he had some kryptonite.
Batman knowing Superman's weakness I'm sure he'd coat and add kryptonite to all his weapons before the fight begin, but then the big question is.. these two have always been the good guys fighting along side each other, in the Justice League. Would they really want to fight each other?
Saying they did though, I'm rooting for Batman, Bruce is smart, he'd add kryptonite to the battle and kick Superman's butt ;P
