But other than that I’m just a dork who loves photography and thunderstorms and traveling and eating peanut butter sandwiches with Lucas. We often ask God to show up. We pray prayers of rescue. Perhaps God would ask us to be that rescue, to be His body, to move for things that matter. He is not invisible when we come alive. It might be simple but more and more,I believe God works in love, speaks in love, is revealed in our love.
We are only asked to love, to offer hope to the many hopeless. We don't get to choose all the endings, but we are asked to play the rescuers. We won't solve all mysteries and our hearts will certainly break in such a vulnerable life, but it is the best way. We were made to be lovers bold in broken places, pouring ourselves out again and again until we're called home.

Yeah I need to take care of some other things and the car really isn't that important to me. I'd be much happier with a dependable old clunker that I wasn't paying a 4th of my monthly salary for lol.
No, it's Sunday, September 6th. Cindel sent an invitation to Luke's but it said Luke and Katie. :) I hope you're home for it. We're going to have a fire at our house after the shower, so you guys should come!!!
Aaaaw i miss you guys too! i was going to go up this week but stupid scholar bowl had to take up all my free time :( lol. but it's alright down here... really, REALLY boring. but yeah, i was thinking about siue... but then i visited u of i and... i fell in love! lol with the campus. anyway, i got my prom dress... you have to see it! it's purple! i got it at west frankfort at that one place that looks like a giant warehouse and it's white and it was the first store i went to and it was the first dress i saw. that is, if they can find it in my size it'll be my dress. but i'm so excited! lol. what have you been up to?
