Mountain inspired music can mean a lot of things...
...because of the simple fact that a mountain backdrop lends itself to the inspirational qualities necessary to write, perform, and listen to live music. So when Runnin' Late says it plays "Mountain Inspired Music", they mean not just the inspiration of the mountains themselves, but by the entire legacy of great performers that have also been inspired by the mountains. Bands such as Nitty Gritty Dirt Band, David Grisman, Old and In The Way, Del McCoury Band, Allman Brothers, Grateful Dead, and others too numerous to mention. We would like you to come experience the inspiration with us that these and other names invoke.
One more thing that "Mountain Inspired Music" means to us is, the mountains are a friendly place with friendly people. If you see the bus parked in your town, please come say hi and hang out.
