Set in New Yorks Time Square in the late 90s, Runway 69 shares the untold story in the underworld of strippers and street kids amidst the political cleanup. Song, seventeen and innocent, comes to the city in search of her biological mother who abandoned her as a baby. Looking for love and a family, she finds shelter in the arms of the friends of the night. She discovers a brother she never knew of, Tommy, 19, tattooed and seasoned in the streets. Their magical journey happens in the heart of the city as they overcome the barriers of a life their mother left them with. But when life is cut short with the news of a positive AIDS test, family starts with yourself.

Since becoming part of the cast of this FABULOUS show, I have been found roaming the streets of LA, ducking into dive bars and strip clubs, speaking in a mysterious French West African accent, wearing a Madonna-esque beaded brazier and spanking innocent looking strangers, usually with a whip. Can't wait to get back at it!
