About Russian Bass Day

Bazzday is the Russian counterpart to European and American Bass Day festivals. It’s an outstanding music festival held annually in Moscow. The resounding success of the first two festivals held in 2006 and 2007 showed the relevance and the need for such an event. In two days the participants demonstrated their virtuosity, playing compositions in different genres ranging from jazz, jazz-rock and funk to fusion, ethnic music and flamenco.
