Bio
After stumbling around in various incarnations and sloppy lineups, The Russian Brides fully formed in late 2005. Songwriting enemies Aja and Keegan thanked long time stand-in drummer and awesome dude Jez to bring in Harry on skins. With the ocassional addition of Keegan's brother Liam on trumpet, the band played a bunch of shows with bands you've heard of and band's you haven't heard of..... In 2007 and they added Andy on keys and rhythm guitar. They released an EP - An Ode to Jeremy Piven (well, a limited release, anyway). They've been compared to The Stooges, Pixies, White Stripes, Spiderbait, Nancy Vandal and.. well, you get the idea, don't you?.... In mid 2007 they decided to call it a day - at least for now. Stay tuned for any updates..... .. -
