Russian Recording is a professional recording studio owned and operated by Mike Bridavsky, and provides a unique relaxed atmosphere to create and document music. The studio recently relocated
from Brown County, Indiana to it's new home in Bloomington, IN.
The new space is less than 4 miles from downtown and resides
in the building formerly known as The Art Hospital, previously home to Secretly Canadian Records.
The new studio was built during the summer of 2008. No corners were cut in the design, construction. or aesthetcis of the
new facility. The studio consists of three tracking rooms (a huge live room, a live isolation room and a dead isolation room),
a spacious control room and a huge band lounge. Every room was carefully built within a large open space with 17' ceilings,
and was designed specifically with recording in mind... from the new HVAC design to an all new star grounded
electrical service and maximum isolation between rooms. There are even 220 V outlets installed in all of the tracking rooms
to power our russian tube mics.
Russian Recording takes pride in being able to provide an extremely high level of recording quality in a comfortable and stress-free enviornment with unprecedented dedication to reliablity, efficiency and commitment for independant musicians, bands and labels that otherwise could not afford this degree of service and quality.

Hello there Mike. How's it goin'? When are you going to come back through central Illinois again with your collective of creative friends? I'll feed you that jet fuel coffee and this time we won't have to go to Steak n' Shake cause there will be food waiting for us. :)..:),,;) I like the new photo.
Aaron and I are going to try to make it to the push/pull cd release show, but we may have had a date in Indy just pop up. If we don't see you there, rock on dude, and good luck!
