Rusty feels he has been incidentally destined to do comedy since the tender age of 5 years old. On his first day of Kindergarten his teacher asked if he wass excited about the school year, to which he replied, "Boogers are nose-poop."
She said, "Well, we have quite the comedian!" Rusty was bummed. He wanted to be a scientist.
Having spent ten years working as a technician and a stage manager, Rusty has been behind the scenes working for hundreds of acts ranging from Alice Cooper to the Reno Philharmonic Orchestra.
A performing Comic since 2005, he has been seen at Comedy Clubs all over America including the world famous Catch a Rising Star. He has opened for many world class acts including Mike Price, Karen Rontowski, Adam Stone, John Ager, Kinsie Damon, Doug Stanhope and many others!
Rusty says, "If I ever retired from stand-up I'd probably go back to my first job, cutting grass. The work was fun, the hours were great, and the money wasn't bad either. That is, until people got tired of smoking oregano and stopped buying it from me."
