I have been ministering in song most of my life. I have been singing in church since I was 3 years old. God has blessed me with multiple talents over the years, but, I have always found that God has mainly used me at playing the piano, singing and leading in worship. I am the son of Norma Woolum and Pastor MM Woolum who have been pastoring for over 30 years. During my fathers many years of ministry, is where God has continued to bless my ministry through anointed singing and playing. Since 2004 I have been the minister of music and choir director of the Newport Church of God Fire Choir where my father is currently the pastor. God blessed me with the ability to record my first CD entitled "Believe It" in 2008 and has blessed me with my second project entitled "Don't Look Back" in 2009, in which seven songs on the project are original songs given from God and written by me. I am very excited about this new project and I am looking forward to sharing my ministry as a singer/songwriter to more churches and venues in 2009. 2008 was a great year for Rusty Woolum Ministries and I am looking forward to what God has in store for us in 2009!
