It's helping to build a hospital in Uganda.
The song "Spread my wings" written by me, Kearsty....will be on the album. Which is coming out in the Spring.

Yeah it is a good one. I started working out in late August but I was getting use to my schedule and sometimes I would go to the gym once a week and walk once or i would do twice a week or none at all. I need to make it a foucs to workout twice a week and walk twice a week at the least, hopefully end up working out three days a week :) So yeah. I hear your getting another tatoo?? Of what? What ya doing for Christmas? Going home or what??? Talk to you soon :)

Great thanks. We are working toward the release of our new EP due out in March. Personally I've been putting together a little stop motion film for one of our new songs. It's been fun.
