.... Hi Guys, thanks for tuning in, I hope you like what you hear. To tell you about myself, I need to start from the very beginning so you need to be sitting comfortably. From as far back as I can remember I've always performed. As a child, dancing was my main forte, ballet, modern and tap. I worked towards exams and was is as many shows as I could fit in. This carried on in to my teens until the inevitable 'rebellious phase' came where I became disinterested. After doing my A-Levels (for something to fall back on) I went to a stage school in Liverpool called 'Merseyside Dance and Drama.' I loved it but only lasted a year due to an operation. Determined to carry on, myself and a friend started dancing in clubs in Liverpool and got a job with Radio City as their roadshow dancers.
From there we went on to be backing dancers for local singers and we went on national tours performing in front of large crowds (this was when I first got a taste!) This went on for about five years or so and was a very exciting time for me. I was never out of work as a dancer and even got to dance in a film callad 'Everybody Loves Sunshine' featuring David Bowie and Goldie! I also did quite alot of extra work for 'Brookside' and 'Hollyoaks' at this time. I met ''China Black'' whilst touring, became very good friends with them and did some backing vocals for them, which is when I got my first taste of the singing side of things. I'd sang in shows and loved it but usually in the chorus. I was also in a channel 4 music programme called 'Flava'.
After this exciting chapter of my life, came a new exciting chapter of my life in the shape of a daughter, ''Tomisha.'' With ''Tomisha'' came my faith which was to completely turn my life around!! To cut a long story short I was in a violent relationship and didn't see any way out so I said 'God if you're out there and you're listening come and Save Me!' In acknowledging He was there He came rushing to my rescue and from then onwards my Faith has gone from Strength to Strength to the point where I just wanna tell ''EVERYONE'' of his Saving Grace.
This was when I started writing songs. In this I found my ''True'' Calling. All the training and experience I had gained was for a reason. To enable me to perform my own songs in the Future. And it didn't stop there!
I did a 2 year national diploma in dance at City College in Manchester in which I obtained a distinction (not bad going for a commuting single mum!) I then went straight on to Liverpool Theatre School to do an HND in Proffesional Musical Theatre for another 3 years (the hardest 3 years of my life!) In which I obtained a merit. Throughout all this I was still dancing in clubs aswell. Whilst at Liverpool Theatre School in summer 2002 I danced on the Smash Hits tour and summer 2003 I got my best job so far, touring with ''Westlife!'' This was in front of crowds of up to 120,000 people! It was the most amazing feeling.
I graduated from Liverpool Theatre School in 2005 and since then have written over 150 songs and recorded about 50. I was in the finals of the 'U.K Songwriting Contest' in 2005 in the Christian category with 'Make Poverty History' and Runner up (2006) in the dance category with a song called 'Feel the Sunshine'. 'Feel the Sunshine' was released in 2005. I performed 'Make Poverty History' at an event called 'Band Together' and a Fair Trade fashion show last year. I'm very passionate about making poverty history!! I also appeared in ''Corrine Bailey Rae's'' video ''Like a Star''. In 2007 I performed at an event in aid of 'Stop the Traffik', to raise awareness of the fastest growing crime in the world, human traffiking. I've written a song called 'Stop the Traffik' in support of the campaign. I also sang this song at Chester cathedral which was an amazing
experience!

In recent years I have been performing my songs at events in and around Chester including 'Chesterfest' and 'Live Earth' and at venues such as 'Alexanders' and the 'Frog and Nightingale'.
Neil Preston and I have been successful in the U.K Songwriting Contest for the 5th year running. Our songs 'Butterflies and Blue Skies' in the Gospel category and 'Disgrace' in the Urban category reached the semi- finals and 'Almost' which was in the Pop category was commended. There were about 6000 entries in this years contest so we are pleased to have got this far again. I have just completed a foundation degree in 'Community Evangelism' with the 'Light Project' and work as a dance teacher for 'Dramania' and Neil works as an IT consultant. 'We met at a songwriting class and have been collaborating ever since. We are both on the same wavelength musically and our songs always come together perfectly, our names are Preston and Pollard and we are both from the same road so we have called ourselves '2Ps in a Pod Productions.' Neil and I are in the process of launching our new Pop Band 'Dreamz Central' (www.dreamzcentral.com and www.myspace.com/dreamzcentral) for our 'Dance', 'RnB' and 'Pop' catalogue and I am launching my music ministry 'World Music Ministry' for my 'Gospel' songs. (www.worldmusicministry.co.uk and www.myspace.com/worldmusicministry)'. We are hoping that the 'Dreamz' that are so 'Central' to who we are will soon come true!
The reason I said earlier that I've been ''called'' to do what I do is because the majority of my songs are about ''having Faith.'' I don't even believe they come from me, I'm just the vessel. I'm ''SO PASSIONATE'' about getting the message out there I feel like I'm gonna Burst!!!! I've been called to evangelise (tell people about God). However, I have had quite a colourful life and write about everything life throws at me! Aswell as writing songs with a Gospel message I also love to write heart felt songs about real life situations. I used to worry that in doing so I was compromising my calling, but now I realise that I am who I am and I write what comes from my heart and it's as simple as that! I have been through alot and I hope people can relate to my songs that have been through similar circumstances. I believe God is raising up an Army of people just like me who are gonna breakthrough in to the music industry like we've never seen before!
I feel so close to God at the moment it's ''Unbelievable'' and I just want ''everyone'' to feel the same. The key is to ''PRAY!!'' As I say above.. ''God is My Manager'' I've put my life in to his hands, so watch this Space!!!!.................................................

are you excited for addy to move?i wasnt for keifer but i guess yesterday he went to go visit and refused to back to the 2s and stayed with sharen the hole day! i think addy will do fine because she is very sassy so the bigger kids wont pick on her:)she moves monday? you gonna be able to help her out? did you ever start on them online survey things i told you about? i hope you did, i just another check, this was for $237 from 2 weeks ago. if you didn't yet, pshhh, get on it; i guess you'll have to type the link into internet explorer or whatever, but here it is again:
