  • General

    I believe that everyone has potential to succeed at something and if they have a passion for something they should pursue it with all that is in them...I am sort of a people person...and sort of a loner...I can enjoy the company of others..but when I want to be alone...leave me alone! Faith is important to me I will not compromise it for anything..there is nothing more valuable to me.

  • Music

    I love Christian music and listen to it mostly, but can appreciate all kinds of music..except for some heavy metal and rap.. I am not passionate about music like some, but there are some songs that really move me.

  • Movies

    If a movie has good acting and a good story line...I will watch it more than once..never buy movies and seldom rent them. Some older movies I will watch over and over..I love Jim Carrey movies and Dumb and Dumber is one of my favs...lol...a good comedy without a lot of filth I can tolerate..but they are hard to find anymore.

  • Television

    Rarely watch it...it is good for noise and to keep the kids quiet..other than that...it would collect dust if waiting for me to use it.

  • Books

    awwww...Books! I love books and would love to read all the ones I have accumulated over the years..but the problem is..reading puts me to sleep...so my reading ventures are not only very brief...they are not too plentiful..I would love to be able to read endlessly and used to love to read all the time..now I read blogs, a few bible verses here and there...and some day may accomplish a book from cover to cover!

    Heroes are special people in my life whom I will never forget..like my father..people past and present who have taught me humility, respect and to try my best to treat others in a like manner as I would want them to treat me..I fail at this miserably at times and hope to improve. My friends are heroes and heroines as well...love all them!

About me:

I am a person of faith...I love Jesus Christ and my family, my friends and people who know me well know that I love to joke and make others laugh...humor is what makes life tolerable..without laughter we would all be duds..lol...I love my two dogs, Josie and Kramer are my sidekicks ...Josie is crippled up since her back went out..but then, so am I after the fall down my basement steps about a year ago..so I feel for her and there is no way I will give up on her as long as she is happy. Kramer is our faithful little guy who loves to visit the neighbors and chase the cat next door who never runs. In fact, Kramer is more afraid of the cat than the cat is of him...he just always is hoping that one day the cat will actually run.

Who I'd like to meet:

I look forward to meeting new people and have learned to look past faults and scope out the best in each person. I would like to meet some of the friends I have acquired on My Space that I don't know in person. It would be great to see if they are anything like I imagine them to be. I really love people..they are the spice that adds flavor to our lives and some are salt and some are sweet and the sour ones just make you want to hug them till they punch you..ha ha..I am just the kind of person who will bring out either the best in you or the worst...sometimes I have a tendency to be a bit too honest when asked my opinion about things..I just don't believe that the truth needs sugarcoated.
