weightlifiting, writing/recording/performing/ listening to music (See Championship Vinyl & Project Courage in the Top 8), reading, writing, watching some tv, photography, going out to eat (sushi!) and finding cool new places to just chill out and have fun and interesting conversations.
Music
Butch Walker (simply put...amazing.),
Self (possibly the most overlooked, yet unique & fantastic, band EVER!),
Elliott Smith (you are missed!) ,
Elvis Costello, Jeff Buckley, Enuff Z' Nuff (one of the more underrated rock bands of the past 20 years!), Blues Traveler, American Hi-Fi, Mindless Self Indulgence, Nirvana, The Pixies, Tori Amos, The Honorary Title, Our Lady Peace, Guns N' F'kn Roses, Championship Vinyl (me and Beau!), X-IT (my boys in NOrwalk), IKE (local music from Philly), Smashing Pumpkins, Project Courage (me!), Fallout Boy, Sevendust, The Starting Line, Skindred, and all of those 80's hair bands that people laugh at nowadays not realizing that--insert any 80's metal guitar player--could play guitar better in a coma than most guitar players these days.
Movies
Naked Gun, Spaceballs, Hot Shots, Airplane (1 & 2), Top Secret, American Pie series, High Fidelity, Kung Pow, Copycat, A Simple Plan, Wedding Crashers, Old School, 40 Year Old Virgin, Dodgeball, Dumb and Dumber, and many many more.
Television
Red Sox baseball games! Family Guy, Scrubs, 24, Nip/Tuck, Law and Order, CSI, Three's Company, OZ, Six Feet Under, South Park...that's about all I have time for. Then again, that's a lot of tv.
Books
Anything by Jeffery Deaver, Stephen King, James Patterson, Jason Starr, or Ken Bruen.
Heroes
President Bu--OK, I can't even write that without lauging. Can you imagine? But seriously, my hero is anyone who does what they love without letting the bullshit of "real life" stop them from realizing what truly makes them happy.

I woke up this morning to find that my favorite comedian of all time, George Carlin, had expired June 22, 2008 at the age of 71 years young. Those familiar with his work will understand why I used those particular words. George Carlin was one of the smartest, funniest and most honest comedians to ever take the stage. He will be missed.

I'll have to pick up a copy of the mag next month. I assume she'll be in an article detailing her incredible strength and unwavering dedication to the organ donation cause...and not writing some sort of blow-job tutorial, right?
