I've been into hardcore and punk now for well over half my life and if nothing else, my love and interest in it only grows stronger with time. Not just the music but the community, politics, and message behind it all. I haven't a clue as to what would have happened to me without it. About me:
Hey! What's up? My name is Ryan and I live here in Minneapolis with my cat, "Rabies". I'm 34 years old, vegan, straight edge and active in the Twin Cities DIY punk / hardcore scene. You can usually find me at Extreme Noise Records where I do a lot of buying both new and used records. You may also find me putting shit on the shelves at the Wedge Community Co-Op here in my neighborhood. I also book all-ages DIY shows / events at various spaces around Minneapolis. If you're in a decent touring band, get in touch with me. Vegan eats and a floor to crash on. Outside of my primary responsibilites I spend the rest of my time riding bikes, skateboarding, trading records on the internet, shopping for records, cooking / baking, watching movies, and even reading the occasional zine, book, or comic that comes my way.
