Hakkımda: My kindergarten teacher sent home a note saying I was too shy and didn’t participate in class. Fast forward to sixth grade and the note that said “Ryan disrupts the class by socializing”…….now that’s what I’m talking about!!
The details of my life are rather simple and uninteresting. I was born in the same place in Nebraska as Johnny Carson. I’ve lobbied for years to get the sign on the outskirts of town to read “Welcome to Norfolk, NE…..birthplace of Johnny Carson and ‘Big Daddy’ Ryan Michaels”, but they won’t go for it.
At the age of three I moved to Seattle. Skip a few years to 2008 and I’m working at the radio station I grew up listening to and having a great time doing it.
Other various facts: I play on a couple soccer teams with my friends from high school.
My favorite artists are Dwight Yoakam, Hank Williams, Jr., Big & Rich, Sammy Kershaw, Tim McGraw, and Brooks & Dunn.
I have three cats who eat as much $ in food per month as I do, and a couple hermit crabs named Pee Wee Hermit and Hermit the Crab
Some things I’ve done in my years that I’m proud of include:
1) Winning a ribbon in the shoe kick competition in first grade during Field Day
3) Having Seahawk season tickets
4) Failing my drive test 2 times (don’t tell Flo)
5) Being voted ‘Best Sense of Humor’ my senior year in high school
6) Being able to tell the difference between Diet Dr. Pepper and regular Dr. Pepper when the commercials tell me it’s virtually impossible
7) Seeing KC and the Sunshine band and the Village People at the Puyallup Fair
8) Bowling a 279 game
I think life can be summed up best with the random thought I saw on a Red Robin drink coaster years ago: “Remember, you’re unique…….just like everybody else”

Well, that is AFTER we left this lame guy we went out with. Goodness he is sweet, good looking, smart, good with people, etc etc. i mean, whats the catch?!?!
