Singer/songwriter Ryan Ordway first realized his love of music at sixteen while leading friends in sing-alongs around campfires in his hometown of Wakefield, New Hampshire. Inspired and encouraged by his uncle, Danny Wilde (of the band The Rembrandts), Ordway made what started as a fun way to entertain friends into a way of life. "Music's the reason I wake up in the morning." says Ordway. "It's what I'm wired for."
Having penned over one hundred songs and garnering national acclaim with his previous bands, Ordway has finally struck out on his own. In the Spring of 2008 Ordway entered Boston's legendary Q Division Studios to record his first solo EP. With one of Boston's best backing bands, The Brightwings ("Real World", "Medium", "Ghost Whisperer"), engineer Rafi Sofer (James Taylor, Juliana Hatfield, Mission of Burma) and Danny Wilde handling the mixing, Ordway recorded what is by far the best work of his career. Slated for a Fall 2008 release, there is no doubt that Ryan Ordway's first solo undertaking is "Gon' Be Good".

We'll it's been sometime since i gave you all an update, lot's of cool changes in my life! I have been spending most of my time writing songs, working on the studio and hanging with my family! I am currently writing for my first full length that will be released next year! Anyone looking to record drop me a line! Will be in touch very soon!
7/7/09 Shows, New Record and the Muddy River Smoke House this Friday July 10th
Hey everyone.....what a great first show we had on Friday, thanks to everyone that came out..........This weekend we are at the Muddy River Smoke House in Portsmouth come checkout the new band! Some other really cool news.....we are getting ready to hit the studio this summer so stay tuned!

Well it's been awhile since i filled you all in, I have recently completed the band, Ryan Homel on guitars, Alex Chakour on Bass and Sturgis Cunningham on Drums! I am stoked to be working with these great musicians!
We just added a couple shows with a bunch more to come! Keep n touch, this band is going to be a blast!

I am totally stoked to announce that tonight I had the first rehearsal with the new band...... Ryan Hommel(Lead gtr/vocals), Alex(bass/vocals) and Sturgis Cunningham(drums/vocals). It felt amazing to play with these guys i am honored to be surrounded by such great musicians! Tour, new record and more coming this year!
