Betty Davis' got grooves! Damn.

So you ready for this? Eddie Henderson is a god of jazz and funk fusion.
Give it thirty seconds, vibes are smooth as fuck.

damn, ramsey louis' sound fuses jazz and funk perfectly. never heard him before. check out al howard and the k23 orchestra. i first met al howard at the same joint that i perform my poetry slams at. his shit is like acid jazz meets the spoken word. 1:15 is where the transition kicks up. definately give it a listen.

does that four track come with effects you can use before you loop or layer them? like sampling sections of other preexisting tracks? cause i've been interested in sampling certain sections of other tracks, and then looping them beneath whatever else i record, on top of that using effects like fading, backspinning, etc. do i make any sense? haha. let me know.

love devotion surrender is such an amazing album. never heard roy gallagher or soft machine though. roy gallagher has a very original, classic vibe. i dig it. have you ever ozric tentacles? more spacey than psychedelic or jazz, but amazing transitioning and build up, definately check it out.

damn, never heard john abercrombie before. i dig it. you should definately check out goblin. progressive italian band from the seventies, similar dark psychedelic vibe like john abercrombie, but a sound all on their own. massimo morante is one of my favorite guitarists. solo comes in around three minutes ... check them out
