Although he frequently smiles, Ryan plays sad songs on his ukuele. Some songs are happy, some angry, but most are sad, though, sad in a way that make you smile just like he does.
His first instrument was the harmonica and when he's not playing his own songs, he's playing and recording harmonica for many local acts such as Devin & The Straights, A Wu Li Conspiracy, Jessica Robbins, Brian Walker and Adam Hitchell.
Well Caleb and I have been practicing alot as of late, hoping to get some recording down soon. Man, i wish i could have seen Guilty Hall. Our recording studio is now "The Mancave", which is actually a garage with a bunch of junk in it, but the acoustics in it are perfect.
