    Soaring Man is the one-man-band that was established in Kaliningrad (ex-Königsberg), Russia on 2006. With the great help from Liminal Recs web-label "SelfDiving" EP was released on September 2007'th and included 7 absolutely different tracks. The next album is in progress since 2008.
