Words lived vicariously through an actress who’s pleasant and intense disposition reflects the struggles of her past, and the settle victories that lies within her future.
Philadelphia spawn, Sabrina Revelle, is the gifted product and unique creation of a single-parent household composed of both the streets, and the church. With a father absent from her life, she learned through her mother the value of independence, perseverance, and responsibility over your own dreams. “As A child, I was never exposed to many art forms, so it made me seek it out for myself and want it more”. It is this struggle that gives her art a voice so lucid; it paints a picture for all to see.
After high school, and fresh into the world of the arts,
Sabrina jumped right into her childhood dream, and first love, of acting. She took her first acting class at the famous, Freedom Theater, while maintaining a full time job at Prudential Financial Bank, and continued to flourish in her artistic skill. While studying at the theater, she landed her first role, as a lead, as young “Lexus" in the independent film, Raykwans Cuties, directed by Time Greene. From then on, like the carved stars paved on Hollywood streets, her career was set in stone, and the foundation for an actress was created.
While her mother continued to instill in her the value of economic security, Sabrina continued to pursue acting just as actively as she did life. She enrolled in Cheyney University under a Computer Science major, and enrolled, too, at the Wilma Theater in Downtown Philadelphia. Eventually passion out weighed it all, and she stopped after one semester to delve fully into her career. She became a member of The Headline Theater Company, in Philadelphia, performing monthly dinner shows, to sold-out crowds, and creating a settle stir amongst the streets of Philly.
While at Headline, she used her experience and landed supporting & leading roles in various independent films, such as "Jane" in After Autumn, starring Lil Zane, and Sundy Carter which made it into the American Black Film Festival in LA Oct. 25th-29th 2007 it was nominated for the Grand Jury Prize for best Film, Screenplay, Director and Actor!!, "Princess" in The recently released Money, Power, Respect, which were both directed by, Philadelphia native, Jamal Hill, and "Keisha" in Menace, directed by, Philadelphia native, Tim Gotti. She is presently working as an Actress playing various characters on "Hell Date" an improv show airing on the BET Network and just finished shooting a film titled “He’s Just Not That Into You” starring "DREW BARRYMORE, BEN AFFLECK, JENNIFER ANISTON etc.
Versatile, confident and a reflection of many generations, she has
never been one to limit herself, but knows, too, the importance of impression. She is aware of the dire state of depression our community is in and realizes how simple it can be to touch another human being. “I see a big change coming for the film industry. I see it because I pray for it...more films breaking stereotypes and opening your eye to different cultures”. It was this awareness that led Ms. Revelle to become a member, and performer, with a traveling impromptu group, called PALMS (Preventing AIDS Through Live Music and Sound). Sabrina and the rest of the members performed improv plays dealing with daily relationship issues, teaching to youths across the globe, the importance of self-accountability & responsibility through the practice of safe sex and/or abstinence. She furthered her cause the moment she received her S.A.G. membership eligibility during her role in a H.I.V. awareness commercial, starring rapper, “Common Sense”.
Ms. Revelle longs to grace the screen in films as remarkably timeless and profound as “Crash”. Stepping outside of any comfort zones previously known to her, she packed her bags, took a leap on faith, trusting GOD, knowing all things are possible through him, and moved to LA where she currently resides, ready to perform for the world.

Look at life from the perspective of what you have NOW, what you are grateful for NOW. If you continue to look into the PAST as to what you have lost, when you open your PRESENT, you will not like what you get. However, by focusing firmly on where you are directing your FUTURE by thinking on those things which are good and pure and what you do want to happen, as you unfold your PRESENT, you will find the gift that you know you really want.
